The Attorney General and Minister of Justice Ba Tambedou has resigned as The Gambia’s Attorney General and Minister of Justice.
He has been the country’s chief legal adviser a position he occupied since the change of Government in 2017.
Our source confirmed that he is leaving because of a New Job he is expected to start soon.
Ba will be at the National Assembly this morning to table the much talked about Access To Information Bill which if passed, will give persons the right to obtain information, documents or data from government bodies without having to give reasons.
